Since 2010, Rejuv At Work has proudly provided on-site massage and wellness services to Stanford University students. From ongoing sessions to special events and end-of-term stress relief, we offer Chair, massage along with group wellness workshops, serving campus residence halls year-round.

Our chair massage sessions focus on relieving tension in the back, shoulders, neck, arms, and hands, perfect for stress relief and quick recovery. Offered in 15, 20, or 30-minute sessions, it’s an ideal onsite corporate massage for study breaks or workplace wellness.

Available with multiple therapists for 2–6 hour blocks.

Chair Massage

This hands-on massage workshop is designed to relieve stress, ease tension, and support natural energy flow. Choose from Swedish, Thai, or Shiatsu massage, taught with live demos and guided practice. Ideal for workplace wellness, this corporate-friendly workshop teaches effective techniques and proper body mechanics to reduce fatigue and improve posture.

Available as a 1–4 hour session. Participants should bring a towel, blanket, or pillow for comfort.

Swedish Massage


Our Swedish massage workshop introduces employees to the most popular massage technique used worldwide, now adapted for a relaxing floor-based experience.

Dress code: shorts or pants that can roll up, a T-shirt or tank top, and clean feet for optional foot massage practice!

Thai Massage

Thai Massage is an ancient healing art that was developed in India in the time of the Buddha, 2,500 years ago. It was eventually brought to Thailand, where it remains to this day an integral part of Traditional Thai Medicine.

Thai massage includes slow pressure along the body's 'Sen' or energy lines and many stretches.

Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu massage is a Japanese technique that applies rhythmic pressure along the body’s meridian lines to stimulate healing and reduce stress. Combined with gentle stretching, this table massage workshop improves circulation and flexibility, perfect for students.

Dress code: comfy pants/shorts, shirt, and socks or clean feet.
