Virtual Mindful Eating Webinar
Taught by Mindful Eating coach, MPH, RDN and 5-Star Rated Author
Learn live online how to have a healthy, joyful, balanced relationship with food, using the 5 steps to Mindful Eating. During challenging times such as these, it’s easy to turn to food as one of the main sources of comfort. This can turn into overeating, 'spiced' with guilt or self-judgement, and getting out of the balance that best supports your body, mind and heart. Research-based Mindful Eating and Mindfulness techniques can help you get back in the driver's seat, learn how to savor food with the maximum of enjoyment and quantity right for you, and make discerning choices on the quality and quantity that support you to be your best, including greater energy, productivity, clarity, and health. We can also learn to discern what we are truly hungry for, which may well extend beyond food to other ways to nourish the whole self.

Virtual Nutrition Webinar

Tune in for crash course on the fundamentals of nutrition and how to build healthy habits from a Registered Dietitian at Stanford University. The benefits of physical activity, stress reduction, and sleep will also be discussed as these all play a fundamental role in living a healthy lifestyle.
Virtual 5 Elements of Nutrition Webinar
The 5 Elements are a comprehensive template of natural phenomena or patterns in nature. Each of the five groups—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—include categories such as a season, a direction, climate, stage of growth and development, internal organ, body tissue, emotion, aspect of the soul, taste, color and sound. This provides a master blueprint that diagrams how nature interacts with the body and how the different dimensions of our being impact each other. This diagnostic framework allows us to recognize where imbalances in the body, mind, emotions, and spirit lie. We can use this framework to design a nutritional program that works for our unique blueprint with the intention of creating balanced symphony within ourselves and putting an end to fad dieting.
