Join us for classes designed to focus on strength, flexibility, and stability. Combining elements of CrossFit, circuit training & boot camp, these intense but low-impact core strengthening classes focus on building functionality and leaning muscle mass while burning fat, reducing stress and increasing flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome and every exercise we do is completely scalable to your own ability.

Virtual HIIT:

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Virtual Yoga:

Virtual Qigong

Access your limitless vitality! Qigong is a system of movements, postures, visualizations, breathing, vocalization and meditations. This includes standing movements as well as sitting practices to bring awareness to subtle energies within you and to help ease the mind and body. You will learn sequences to work with Qi (life force energy) which include cultivating, circulating, clearing, exchanging, and storing energy. Transform your experience of anxiety or stagnancy into tranquility and radiance!

Virtual Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a practice involving meditation, breathing and movement with a focus on cultivating energy. It touches on Chinese medicine, philosophy and martial arts. All are welcome!

Virtual Zumba

Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party that is fun, energetic, and leaves you feeling great! Zumba® fuses Latin, international, and popular music to create a dynamic and effective workout. Classes are open to all levels of dancers, athletes, and techies. They consist of cardio, flexibility, strength & fun!

Virtual Pilates

Mat Pilates involves performing Pilates exercises on the floor using a Pilates, or yoga mat. Mat Pilates exercises are performed in a slow, controlled, precise manner and require an intense concentration. These exercises help strengthen the body's core by developing pelvic and scapula stability, and abdominal control, using focused breathing patterns. The main fitness goals of a mat Pilates program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.
