Yoga classes are available at beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. Hatha, Vinyasa and Power yoga are offered with emphasis on breath, alignment, balance, and yoga. Our yoga instructors are certified, dedicated and professional.
We offer both traditional mat yoga classes as well as "office yoga", which can be practiced wearing regular work clothes in an office environment such as a conference room.
